Maria D. Craig, MBA, CPC, CCP, LSSBB

Managing Director





Maria Craig is an Executive and Business Coach, a Certified Change Practitioner, and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt through Merck Sigma currently serving a number of contracts in the U.S. and Europe. Maria has been to 27 countries, fluent in Spanish, English, Dutch (A1) and French (A1) level, and brings an international perspective to dealing with different personalities and leadership styles in any corporation. Maria has worked in medium-sized to Fortune 500 companies.

Maria earned an MBA degree from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School in Chapel Hill, NC. She also received a BS degree in Industrial Engineering Management from Elizabethtown College. She is a Certified Change Practitioner (Prosci), MBTI Certified and FIRO-B, FIRO Business Certified (The Myers-Briggs Company), Assessment Suite Certified (Center for Creative Leadership: Benchmarks 360 for Managers and Executives, Skillscope, Learning Agility), Workplace Big Five Profile WB5P and she is an authorized DiSC Partner. Maria is also a Certified Professional and Business Coach through NC State University and the Business Coach Institute and an active Coach at International Coach Federation (ICF).

Her leadership and operational experience spans over 15 years of industry and consulting and coaching experience in multiple industries: food, apparel, glass, thread, and pharmaceuticals manufacturing, packaging and distribution, engineering, utility, professional services, banking, education, gambling, and other corporate environments where the focus is strategy, operations, process improvement, change management, and executive coaching.

Maria has held executive leadership positions in industry where she has led improvements in manufacturing and utilities exceeding $50M USD in USDA and FDA manufacturing facilities, and other highly regulated environments. She brings a breadth of operational and organizational excellence crafting growth and sustainability strategies and project execution, training, and leadership coaching. Maria Craig received her TPS training, and Operational Excellence certification as a Six Sigma Green Belt at Merck Sharp & Dohme (Merck Sigma) and her Lean Six Sigma Certificate through Villanova University.

She has managed budgets over $10M USD and had client oversight exceeding 3000 people across different domestic geographic regions and operational jurisdictions in traditional and matrix organizations (union and non-union). She has coached leaders in the C-suite for companies with revenue exceeding $4B USD (CFO, SVPs, VPs, Directors and Senior Managers).

As leader of teams of Black Belts and Master Black Belts, she has developed the technical and behavioral capability of numerous internal lean practitioners and project managers at her former clients National Grid US, American and Efird, Caito Foods (Spartan Nash), The Oneida Group, Greencore USA, Merck Sharp & Dohme, Array Marketing, and has trained over 500 people in different lean and six sigma tools and methodology across the U.S., Canada, and Europe.

Mario A. Klee, B.S, MBA

Mario has lean, supply-chain, managerial, and supervision experience with an established ability to optimize productivity and advance business development in North America, South America, and the Caribbean.

Mario earned an MBA degree from Interamerican University of Puerto Rico-Metro Campus in San Juan, Puerto Rico and a BS degree in industrial engineering from University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez Campus.

Mario has received a Lean Six Sigma Certificate from Villanova University. From international supply-chain planning and purchasing, as well as local and global market, to restructuring internal operations, to instructional design and training delivery Mario is a results-driven visionary who excels at identifying potential opportunities, crafting effective strategies, and delivering project success for business development and expansion.



Tatiana Piccoli, MD, MPH

Tatiana Piccoli is an Adjunct Interpretation Programs Trainer and NBCMI certified Medical Interpreter. Tatiana is fluent in English and Russian with a basic knowledge of French.


Tatiana accomplished the fellowship program in Epidemiology of Health Disparities in the department of Health Equity and Inclusion at Nemours Children’s Health System, Wilmington, DE and is passionate about decreasing inequity in healthcare.


Tatiana Piccoli earned an MD degree from Saint Petersburg State Pediatric Medical University, Saint-Petersburg, Russian Federation and practiced as a physician for 15 years. Tatiana successfully passed required United States Medical Licensing Exams and she is a member of the American Medical Association. She earned a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree from Georgia State University, Atlanta, GA with concentration in Health Promotion and Health Behavior.


Tatiana Piccoli is an experienced trainer and mentor for medical interpreters, providing academic guidance to the mentored individuals and trainees. Over the years she has been working in the area of interpretation and evaluation and continues to apply her knowledge and expertise according to the standards of the industry. Throughout her career.


Tatiana participated in numerous research projects serving as a researcher, supervisor and mentor of students. She is a published author of scientific manuscripts. She is enthusiastic about teaching and sharing her knowledge.
