Tatiana Piccoli is an Adjunct Interpretation Programs Trainer and NBCMI certified Medical Interpreter. Tatiana is fluent in English and Russian with a basic knowledge of French. Tatiana accomplished the fellowship program in Epidemiology of Health Disparities in the department of Health Equity and Inclusion at Nemours Children’s Health System, Wilmington, DE and is passionate about decreasing inequity in healthcare.

Tatiana Piccoli earned an MD degree from Saint Petersburg State Pediatric Medical University, Saint-Petersburg, Russian Federation and practiced as a physician for 15 years. Tatiana successfully passed required United States Medical Licensing Exams and she is a member of the American Medical Association. She earned a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree from Georgia State University, Atlanta, GA with concentration in Health Promotion and Health Behavior.

Over the years she has been working in the area of interpretation and evaluation and continues to apply her knowledge and expertise according to the standards of the industry. Throughout her career.

Mattie Rohs is the Business Administrator of the North America and European regions and provides executive advising to the Managing Director at Prisma International Corporation.

Mattie supports the general administration of the business with tasks ranging from HR administration, billing and payroll support, domestic and international project management and delivery, dispatch coordination and database management, vendor relations, public relations, and general support.

Mattie received Bachelors degrees in Spanish and Animal Science from the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia. Mattie is a Certified Scrum Master with 6 years of experience in Project Management in a variety of fields. Mattie is proficient in Spanish and fluent in English.

Noranyis Vargas is the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director at Prisma International Corporation, Prisma International Corporation SAS.

Noranyis supports the general administration of the business with tasks ranging travel management, AR, AP, human resources support and dispatch coordination for the LSP division.

Manuel is responsible for Websites hosting services, design, programming updates, IT and systems vendor management and applications development for Android and iOS.

Manuel oversees some Data transfers (intra-systems) for the Language Access Service provider. Manuel has degree as a Software Design and Mobile Applications Development from CBN (Corporación Bolivariana del Norte) awarded in Santa Marta, Colombia in 2021 and he is currently enrolled in Platzi development courses.

Paula Perez is a Bilingual Support Specialist at Prisma International Corporation and Prisma International Corporation SAS based out in the LATAM region.

Paula is in her sophomore year pursuing a degree in Finance and International Business at the Universidad Tecnológica de Bolivar in Cartagena, Colombia.

Paula is fluent in Spanish and English and she supports the language division operations, sourcing and recruitment, and dispatch services at the interpreting agency in the U.S.

Paula has earned her degree in Sales and Marketing from SENA (Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje). She handles all social media marketing, publications, and outreach.

Marina is the Project and Program Manager for Prisma International Corporation and International Corporation SAS.

Marina earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at University of Magdalena in Santa Marta, Colombia. She is currently pursuing a J.D. in Law at Sergio Arboleda University.

Marina handles the IT and Agile and project management work including the migration of our internal manual processes into an automated Interpreter Intelligence database, to support lean practices in the language division.

Marina uses Waterfall and Agile project management frameworks to guarantee work delivery on time, in full, and to the quality standards internally and externally.
